Shipping Policy

Each piece from Soulbound Chains is crafted by hand: forged, assembled, or cleaned with care. Because of this, many orders require time to be created before they’re ready to ship.

 

Processing Time

Most items are made to order.

  • Please allow 1–7 days for crafting and preparation before shipment of jewellery.

  • Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
    If you need something by a specific date, contact me before purchasing and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Orders are sent from the Netherlands via PostNL or another tracked postal service.
You’ll receive tracking details when your package is on its way.
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

(Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.)

 

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by your country.
These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check your local import regulations before ordering if you’re unsure.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the postal carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, contact me at soulboundchains@gmail.com.

 

Packaging

All pieces are packed securely to protect them during transit.
Whenever possible, I use recycled or reused packaging materials to reduce waste — beauty in decay, after all.
